West Coast Swing is danced to contemporary music such as Pop, RnB, Blues, Funk, Swing and more. It is a versatile and creative partner dance. Characterised by a distinctive elastic look that results from its basic extension-compression technique of partner connection, this is one of the coolest and most popular partner dances around today. Comprised mainly of 6 and 8 beat patterns, West Coast Swing is often referred to as a “living dance” due to its constantly changing styles. Group classes in West Coast Swing are held on Wednesday nights at Eddie’s Exclusive Dance Studio. Three levels of instruction are offered with Beginner and Intermediate at 7pm and Advanced at 8pm.
Cost is $50/person for the entire 4 week series or $20/person for a single class. Pro-rated (3 week series) are offered based on our travel schedules and will be priced at $40/person for the 3 week series.
